i found the staff friendly and helpful. the location proved convenient, with easy access to transportation. the room was clean and well kept, meeting my expectations. the hotel's security measures, including secure entry to room floors.

The air conditioning emitted noises even when turned off. These noises seemed to come from the pipes. it affected my sleep .

unstocked minibarpoor soundproofing

I paid quite a bit for my room and expected a bit more attention to detail. i found that the minibar was not stocked at all (pretty useless, huh?), and the in-room coffee machine was missing some essential parts. also, the soundproofing wasn't the greatest. I could hear street noise quite easily throughout the night (i sleep like a rock usually).

The location was excellent, very close to public transport. staff were friendly and helpful. I safety was good as a solo traveler. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

My room was warm so i needed to request a fan. There was no fridge. cold water was available downstairs, but it cost 7 aud a bottle. i found this expensive considering a shop was nearby.
