i stayed in a three bedroom apartment and the views were the MOST fine i have ever seen!!! the apartment was HUGE and really well equipped. the staff were kind, cute and very efficient. this is now my go-to place!

convenient location pleasant greeting helpful concierge impractical process uncomfortable check-in excessive questioning
The location is great. It is easy to get to the pier for Uber boats. The attractions of the Tower are also within easy walking distance. I found the concierge desk always had a pleasant greeting and was very helpful.
The check-in process felt a bit impractical. I found it to be somewhat uncomfortable (it could be streamlined). The staff asked unnecessary questions upon arrival. I did not appreciate the excessive questioning.
