the location is superb it is convenient for early morning access to the airport terminal. the room was spacious and very clean i found the bed quite comfortable for a restful sleep.

the breakfast had very limited options the display did not seem very enticing. the heating system made a terrible noise during the night i could not switch off the fan function.

The staff presented as friendly and helpful upon arrival.

The deposit was not refunded promptly, as promised upon checkout, and this caused some considerable inconvenience. I found this practice unprofessional, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be reputable. Getting the deposit back is now proving to be difficult.

The location was perfect! It was immediately outside departures, so convenient. I appreciated that the hotel provided onsite parking. The room was a good size and very clean!

The bathroom sink plug was problematic though it wouldn't come out. I reported it. but nothing was done.

the location across from the airport was acceptable for a very early flight i had.

i was very disappointed by the condition of the room the surfaces needed cleaning my phone was covered in dust the breakfast was also poor with dirty surfaces and mugs i expected more from this stay.
