convenient location clean room functional facility customer focus
The location was convenient near transit options! I found the room and hotel facilities were kept clean and functioning well. Ordering food delivery was easy. The staff showed customer focus.
I noted that the corridors looked a bit dingy.

Each staff member I interacted with was helpful, showing genuine care. The reception staff members, Nikita and Paul, were cute. Restaurant staff, including Joe, provided polite service. The chef prepared amazing food.

inadequate shower pressure single towel
the location proved convenient for travel into the city centre.
I found the shower pressure inadequate. It barely managed more than a dribble.

efficient check-in excellent location convenient access
The check-in process was smooth. The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently handled all the formalities. I found the location excellent, offering convenient access to key areas and transport links. The provided parking was a significant advantage, as it allowed me to easily come and go without any hassle.
The variety of TV channels available in the room was somewhat limited.
