the location is really convenient. i found the staff to be friendly. there is a cappuccino machine available on the third floor.
the mini fridge in my room was empty and not working. there was no complimentary water provided. i experienced issues adjusting the air speed in my room.

i found the room very clean and quite spacious it had amazing views from the 27th floor making my stay comfortable. the rooms are well isolated and the nespresso machine is a great plus i was able to get coffee and water for free on one of the floors. the location is great so i will definitely come back if i am in town again.
i must mention that the beautiful bedroom suite, while spacious, has a design that felt a little simple for my preference it wasn't quite what i expected.

the staff were polite. the location is good for city exploration. i enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water station on the third floor. it was a nice touch. i felt secure .
the design of the suite was simple. the noise level was noticeable. i could hear both outside sounds and internal hotel activity. i recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping.
