Gaby Brasserie Française is named after the 1920s model and Broadway actress. Breakfast hours are 6:30am to 11:00am, lunch is served from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, and dinner is available from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Bar service operates from 12:00pm to 11:30pm. In-room dining is available from 5:30am to 11:45pm.
