Gaby Brasserie Française serves French cuisine. Executive Chef Sylvain Harribey won the Food Network show Chopped. The restaurant features Art Deco design and offers classic cocktails. Gaby Brasserie Française is named after the 1920s model and Broadway actress. Breakfast hours are 6:30am to 11:00am, lunch is served from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, and dinner is available from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Bar service operates from 12:00pm to 11:30pm. In-room dining is available from 5:30am to 11:45pm.

not quite the sofitel experience i expected
dated roomworn furniture
i had really looked forward to my stay, i do. the location is amazing and the staff seemed very nice. however, the room felt quite dated and worn. the furniture showed significant wear and tear, and the lighting was dim. also, the lack of a working fridge in the room was a big inconvenience.

Perfect service and a top room

It took several days, but they worked with me to meet our needs at a mutually acceptable rate. I look forward to my next visit.
As a frequent traveler I hold this brand to a high standard, though the pillows on the bed really need replacing. They feel tired. Check out was a little challenging because there were some errors on the bill.

The staff was cute upon arrival. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough each day. The team ensured a clean environment. The concierge offered helpful sightseeing suggestions.

dirty fridgeoutdated room
The room was outdated at least my room was, also filthy. a dog deposit fee is ridiculous, it should be all one deposit not 2. a stain on the nightstand threw me off. It looked like an ice cream stain from who knows when. the mini fridge i didn't have access to was also dirty.
