Le Méridien Tampa features 130 guest rooms and suites blending historic details and technology. Each room offers a signature bed with 350-thread-count sheets, a mini fridge, Illy coffee, complimentary bottled water, a television, an executive desk, and a plug-in strip. Some rooms are repurposed from a judge's private office, a famed courtroom, or one of the world's most comfortable holding cells. Blueprints wallpaper is a replica of the original architect's blueprints of the building's lighting structures. The same lamps shown on the blueprints can be seen in the front of the building.
Dining Options
The on-site restaurant, Bizou Brasserie, serves New American cuisine with a French flair, fresh seafood, and handmade pastries. It is featuring one of downtown Tampa's best eateries. Bizou Brasserie offers international cuisine with French-inspired selections, signature eclairs, French pastries, and sparkling drinks. Breakfast and dinner options include spinach and mushroom Benedict or stuffed brioche French toast at breakfast. Lunch and dinner include small plates, a burger bar, or heartier entrées. The Sal Rosa Island Kitchen + Bar features a mix of Island Latin cuisine and Caribbean-themed cocktails. A restaurant transforms to a bar in the evenings. Sal Rosa Cafe + Scoops offers house-made gelato. The bar serves New American cuisine with French accents in a charming bistro setting. Local craft beers, hand-crafted cocktails, and appetizers are available during Happy Hour with live music on select Fridays from 7pm-10pm.

Le Méridien Tampa features an outdoor pool. A 24-hour fitness center is equipped with new Peloton bikes and Life Fitness equipment. The hotel has a 24-hour sundries shop. There is access to the Tampa Museum of Art. The ceilings on the fourth floor display the intricate hand-painted designs from a century ago. A juror's bench from the fourth-floor courtroom has been repurposed as a seating area inside the restaurant, Sal Rosa.
