the staff was always ready to help with a smile. my room was clean, and the bed offered restful sleep. the shuttle service was prompt, easing my arrival after my late flight. i felt at home in this lovely place, and the convenience of the airport nearby was a significant plus.

the parking garage was a little distant! though it was manageable.

The breakfast offered good variety and cleanliness. I checked in late. The gentleman at the front desk was quick with check-in. The staff seemed friendly and helpful (especially lily!).

The parking was in a garage some distance away. The guest service associate who checked me in didn't smile once. The bed felt quite hard.
