Mandarin Oriental, Boston has 136 rooms and 12 suites. Suites feature a living room, a dining room, and a kitchenette with a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Each suite has a Nespresso coffee machine, a yoga mat, Toto electric toilet and Diptyque bathroom products. Some rooms have views of Back Bay from bay windows, sitting areas, and courtyard views. A large master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe, a marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. Some rooms have accessible bathroom features.

Ramsay's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay serves breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30am. Lunch is from 11:30am to 3pm (Monday - Friday) and Brunch is from 11:30am to 3pm (Saturday - Sunday). Dinner is from 3 to 10pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 3 to 11pm (Friday - Saturday). The Bar and Lounge is open from 11:30am to 10pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:30am to 11pm (Friday - Saturday).
