the location proved convenient , with easy access to the subway , tram , and rossio square. many restaurants and bars were also within a short 4-6 minute walk. the staff assisted me with directions and even helped sort out some flight issues. the room had tall ceilings and windows , with a view of the staircase and castle on the hill.

the location was acceptable as it provided easy access to transportation.

i was very disappointed with the room i received , it was quite small. the shower door was missing in the bathroom , so water leaked all over the floor. i informed the front desk , but nothing was done about these problems.
