convenient location secure luggage maximized time
the location proved convenient for exploring. i could easily walk to many sights. the staff stored my luggage securely. this service allowed me to maximize my time before my departure.

central location subway access helpful staff tall ceilings
the location proved convenient , with easy access to the subway , tram , and rossio square. many restaurants and bars were also within a short 4-6 minute walk. the staff assisted me with directions and even helped sort out some flight issues. the room had tall ceilings and windows , with a view of the staircase and castle on the hill.

adequate location , but some significant issues
missing shower door small room
the location was acceptable as it provided easy access to transportation.
i was very disappointed with the room i received , it was quite small. the shower door was missing in the bathroom , so water leaked all over the floor. i informed the front desk , but nothing was done about these problems.
