a mixed experience

room cleanliness shower issue

the room felt unclean, as I saw long black hairs in the bathroom, particularly the shower area. i told the staff about this issue, they apologized and recleaned it quickly. however, later that evening, i found more hairs still present in the shower, quite disappointing.

really good comfort complimentary bottle ample space

THE bed provided Really good comfort. I was welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, very thoughtful. My room included a kitchenette complete with a table, a chair, and ample space to move around.

THE pictures of the rooms online did not fully reflect the actual space.

we enjoyed a spacious double or twin room. breakfast included a wide array of choices from fresh fruit to yogurt. the staff helped with directions and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and shops. good parking was available near the premises.

The staff was helpful. They provided wonderful recommendations for local attractions and dining. Breakfast featured many options, including fresh pastries each morning, a nice touch. The room had wood floors. the location offered proximity to the city's highlights. Luggage storage was convenient.

There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs to reach my room.

wonderful stay!

comfortable bed family room friendly staff decent breakfast

the beds were very comfortable, and the family room had a lot of sunlight. i found the ac in both rooms worked well. the breakfast seemed decent enough for me. the staff was friendly (especially higor, he was great).

I think the price doesn't quite match the standard of the hotel. It felt a bit much for what it offered.
