slow check-inpoor soundproofing
the check-in process was surprisingly slow i waited a while. the room lacked proper soundproofing it was easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. this made restful sleep difficult i could hear conversations and hallway noise. these disturbances significantly impacted my overall experience it became pretty irritating. also the parking situation was annoying the spaces were oddly sized.

The gym was a primary reason I booked this hotel, so the fact that the weight-lifting machine was not working was disappointing. I was not told this before checking in. I asked reception about a partial refund, as is my right when advertised facilities are unavailable. I was completely ignored. Staff showed zero concern. The WiFi service was unstable.

the check-in felt really slow, honestly. and there wasn't much of a welcome either, a bit disappointing after a long journey. plus, the breakfast was just okay, not amazing, and the room felt really cramped.
