charming riverside retreat
warm greetingdining areafresh towelsrelaxing space
the staff greeted me with such warmth and kindness i immediately felt at ease. i found tea coffees and pastries available all day in the dining area a really nice touch. my room was super clean and the bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. the library on the top floor offered a relaxing space with a great balcony overlooking the river it even had an honesty bar.

the hotel is conveniently located near bus routes. access to cafes and restaurants is easy. the surrounding area is beautiful offering a pleasant environment for exploration.

a great experience

i found the hotel gorgeous with several comfortable rooms. the staff were friendly and professional. our room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. i enjoyed extra touches such as the port decanter in the bedroom and the complimentary tea, coffee and pastries throughout the day.

the hotel is a nice distance from the centre. a walk along the river front leads to the centre. public transport is available outside the hotel and nearby.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices. The staff were helpful . The library featured a terrace overlooking the harbor. Parking near the harbor cost 8.50 EUR per day.
The bathroom lacked air conditioning. There was only one chair in the bedroom and limited space. The photos and reviews had raised expectations that were not met.
