a good stay near oriente
bathroom products surprise suite comfortable robe
I was pleased the staff upgraded me to a junior suite unexpectedly. this surprise was welcome after a long day of travel. the suite included a robe and slippers. Bathroom products were appreciated.
I found the bedroom floor was a little gritty. It could have been cleaner.

The breakfast included lovely and diverse options. The potatoes were especially notable. parking was convenient and cheap , which eased some travel concerns.

the area around the hotel safe area at night , particularly as the lisbon casino is only three minutes away. the bar was inviting , and the room offered ample space for relaxation.

the hotel is a short walk from the metro and bus and train station , which is ideal for transport. its proximity to meo arena makes it an excellent location , if you are in town for a concert.

excellent hotel near oriente station
spacious room stocked fridge powerful shower friendly staff
i had a large, spacious room with a stocked fridge. i found a coffee machine with free water upon arrival. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was powerful. the staff was friendly and professional! the location was perfect for access to the exhibition center, a large shopping center, and many waterfront restaurants.
The bedroom floor felt gritty under my bare feet. It needed better cleaning. the hotel did not provide tissue boxes or cotton face discs.

The location was excellent and near oriente station. It also had easy access to bus, train, and metro lines. the oceanarium and casino were literally next door. vasco da gama mall is nearby and opens till midnight.

poor soundproofing mediocre breakfast
The hotel is near the train station. That was acceptable.
The room was not properly soundproofed. i could hear everything from adjacent rooms. This made resting difficult. also, the breakfast was mediocre. Some items were overcooked, and others were undercooked. That was annoying

tender moments
sitting area sweet escape
i received an upgrade to a junior suite. it had a nice sitting area where i relaxed after a long day. the space reminded me of a sweet escape.
the soundproofing was not good. i could clearly hear phone calls from guests upstairs, which interrupted peaceful moments.
