I was pleased the staff upgraded me to a junior suite unexpectedly. this surprise was welcome after a long day of travel. the suite included a robe and slippers. Bathroom products were appreciated.

I found the bedroom floor was a little gritty. It could have been cleaner.

i had a large, spacious room with a stocked fridge. i found a coffee machine with free water upon arrival. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was powerful. the staff was friendly and professional! the location was perfect for access to the exhibition center, a large shopping center, and many waterfront restaurants.

The bedroom floor felt gritty under my bare feet. It needed better cleaning. the hotel did not provide tissue boxes or cotton face discs.

The room was not properly soundproofed. i could hear everything from adjacent rooms. This made resting difficult. also, the breakfast was mediocre. Some items were overcooked, and others were undercooked. That was annoying
