Fantastic Staff and Great Location!

convenient location helpful staff breakfast buffet

The location was convenient, I could easily walk to the town center and access trains. The staff were very helpful, especially one night when I needed boiled water. A staff member quickly filled water bottles. The breakfast buffet offered great value with many options to choose from.

The shower door felt a bit loose, and the seal was coming off, I also noticed a fairly loud dripping from the shower during the night. This woke me up a few times.

An Exceptionally Wonderful Stay!

lovely atmosphere comfortable room amazing breakfast helpful staff

The hotel has such a lovely atmosphere and the room was very comfortable! I found the breakfast to be amazing. There was lots of choice, displayed beautifully, and it provided the perfect start to each day. The staff were helpful, suggesting different activities! It.

The shower door felt a little loose when opened, but it was a minor issue.

friendly staff helpful staff comfy bed dripping shower loose door seal problem

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I received excellent recommendations for attractions. Breakfast was gorgeous! I especially appreciated the very comfy beds.

The shower dripped fairly loudly during the night, which woke me up a few times. The door on the shower seemed like it could come off when opened. The seal was coming off of the shower door too.

mixed feelings about this stay

insecure shower door cramped breakfast area

the shower door felt insecure upon opening the seal was loose too the shower dripped loudly at night i found it disturbed my sleep the noise was quite persistent. additionally the breakfast area felt cramped and small with limited space i observed that the arrangement created long wait times during peak hours i also thought the bathroom in my room was smaller than expected.

Really good Stay with Heartwarming Hospitality

genuine welcome great suggestion super clean room fresh pastry

The staff offered a genuine welcome. Their attentiveness and kindness. They provided great dining suggestions, from local spots to hidden gems (which I totally enjoyed!). My spacious Double or Twin Room Garden View was super clean. It was great. Breakfast included a great selection. I liked the fresh pastries each morning.
