The staff were very friendly and helpful to me! The location was perfect for my trip, close to the Metro. I found many good restaurants and cafes close by.

My room was near a nightclub, so the bass from the music could be heard easily. The hotel did not address this issue when I mentioned it.

i found the hotel staff helpful. They provided useful directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. The in-room coffee machine offered a convenient perk.. i particularly appreciated the daily complimentary bottle of water. The location proved ideal with easy access to various points of interest throughout the city.

The lift was a bit small. It occasionally required waiting.

the room was really clean, and that meant a lot. the location works fine, I had easy access to many sites. the staff were helpful, they assisted with directions and other questions.

the room was small, it felt a bit cramped. i could hear noises from other rooms, the sound insulation is bad. breakfast was simple, i would have liked more choices.

The Comfort Double Room has a balcony overlooking the courtyard without a view. In contrast, the Superior Double Room with Balcony features a balcony with city views, while the Deluxe Room with Balcony offers a view of the top of the Santa Justa Lift.
