uncomfortable beds black grouting
The location was acceptable, about a 20-minute walk to the center.
The room needed updating. The beds were really uncomfortable, and the pillows were super flat (i needed like, five more!). the bathroom tiles needed a good scrub. The grouting was turning black.

helpful staff smooth check-in cold air dirty shower head
The check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful! The room I booked, a Superior Double Room, was large. It also had a great modern bathroom with a kettle, fridge, and ironing board. All facilities were well-kept.
I found the air conditioning inadequate! No matter how I adjusted the temperature, the air remained cold. The shower head was also not great. It had a big gap in the middle and looked dirty.

Solid stay!
spacious room modern bathroom smooth check-in helpful staff
The room was spacious and modern with a great bathroom. I had a kettle, fridge, and ironing board in my superior double room. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast included many options that I found really AMAZING!!!
The parking garage was a bit tight. It was somewhat difficult to navigate larger vehicles.

The hotel has a decent location relative to public transportation. It is a short walk to some boutiques and a metro station. Taxis are readily available and relatively inexpensive via Bolt.

Breakfast offered great quality and value with varied choices. The hotel staff suggested a busy Portuguese family restaurant named O Cache Dourada. It is a short walk from the hotel.

the room had a functional mini fridge. breakfast included a variety of options that kept me satisfied. the hotel is a short walk to the metro station, a convenient option for transportation.
the carpet in the hallway was quite worn.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service
ample space comfortable bed fresh pastries
The room provided ample space and included a comfortable bed, I found it easy to relax. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning, I especially liked the fresh pastries. The staff at the reception were very helpful with directions and local recommendations, this.
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures, though everything was clean.

The staff was always available and ready to assist with any request, they were very polite. I asked about transportation and a staff member provided detailed instructions for using public transport and gave me a map. I greatly appreciated the high level of attention.

The staff was very helpful. They were always ready to solve any issues. The cleanliness is 5 stars. The location is very convenient to landmarks.
The air conditioning did not work. It was noisy, so no one slept well. I found images of the hotel on this site is the polar opposite of reality. It is completely unfair to entice customers to book with your hotel by way of using false advertisement.
