i found the location excellent. it was close to parks and many restaurants. the bedroom and bed were spacious. decor was nice throughout the hotel. breakfast and dining room staff were friendly, i noticed.

I found the room quite loud, with street noise and coffee machine sounds from neighbors.

The breakfast had a good selection for many tastes. The room had instant coffee available. MOST days the towels and amenities were restocked.

The shower was tricky to get to a useful temperature. The water went from cold to boiling VERY quickly. I paid extra for a room with a desk, BUT I did not get it.

I was disappointed by the room's condition. It did not match the photos on the site. We had very little space for our luggage, dust was everywhere, and I found hair and food. I asked for a different room and fortunately, they changed it the next morning.

The soundproofing was not adequate. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms, including toilets flushing and guests moving about at all hours. The beds were also too firm. This led to discomfort and disrupted sleep throughout my stay.
