The room was quite small, it was difficult to move around comfortably. breakfast service was disorganized. Staff seemed overwhelmed and forgot my order. there was also a language barrier, as some staff members had limited english proficiency..

i found the hotel totally awesome! it was clean and in a fantastic location. i also thought everything was upscale. i was not sure what else they could have offered to. the complementary breakfast was perfect to get my day started!

the rooms were a bit small for a five-star hotel. it also lacked bedside tables for convenient charging of my phone. not even two chairs to sit down were available.

the hotel features a prime location where i could easily walk to most attractions. the hotel is close to several points of interest. the nearby metro station provides convenient access to all parts of the city.

the staff displayed extreme politeness and went beyond to ensure my comfort. the staff made sure nothing was too much trouble. the staff was attentive to all the guests needs. the hotel decor is lovely.
