fantastic central stay
central location clean room theater theme
the location was fantastic, very central to many attractions! the room was clean and well-kept. i appreciated the decor with its unique theater theme.
the bathroom sink drained a little slowly.

the front desk staff provided very good communication during check-in and check-out! they were helpful with luggage storage after i checked out. the staff addressed my needs quickly.

Restaurants and shops are located conveniently below the hotel. there is a good small italian restaurant nearby with delicious food. Ptit restau italien is very close. i found many options nearby.

Central Stay with Balcony Charm

The location was central I could easily walk to main attractions I found nice places to eat just outside the hotel. The staff offered really helpful assistance with directions and recommendations. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the street and restaurants it added a special touch to my experience.
I noticed some minor cracks on the room walls they did not affect my stay but are worth mentioning

The hotel enjoys a prime central location that places guests near numerous attractions it allows convenient exploration. Restaurants and cafes are directly outside the hotel creating diverse options. Transportation is easily accessible from this vibrant area.

My room was spacious it included double doors that opened to a street view I found it enhanced my stay. The bed and pillows provided really good comfort allowing for restful sleep. The room included functional amenities.

While the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant many nice places for breakfast and drinks are located directly outside. Guests have a variety of dining choices just steps from the entrance. Many establishments are within a short walk.

Wonderful Experience
central location helpful receptionist
The location was superb. I found many tourist sights and restaurants nearby! The room was very clean, well air-conditioned and amazing value for money. Strolling down to the river and back through Santa Maria Maior was lovely. The receptionist was really helpful. She kindly arranged our taxi for a 4 am drive to the airport.
The shower had bad water pressure and they did not provide any conditioner. There was also no liquid soap. Only one big towel per person was available. It was not absorbent enough.

The room featured comfortable beds and super clean surfaces. It was also well air-conditioned, much appreciated . The design promoted relaxation and convenience.

The front of the hotel and the reception area looked great! The hotel provided easy access for Uber pickups, a practical advantage for transportation. The taxi service to the airport was also great value.

I noticed many restaurants and cafés surrounding the hotel. This provides many options for exploring local food. The proximity makes it convenient to enjoy meals outside.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was attentive. She assisted with arranging a taxi. They provided superb service. I was very thankful.

the location proved very convenient. i found myself within easy walking distance of numerous landmarks. the room featured a balcony, a definite plus. there was a good selection of nearby restaurants..
i noticed the absence of hand soap in the bathroom. this was a minor inconvenience. also, i found the staff somewhat unwelcoming. they seemed rather glum during my interactions.
