overall a decent experience
friendly staff constant supply delicious pasteis black decoration uncomfortable seats poor lobby
the staff were very friendly. i really appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in reception. the pasteis de nata were delicious too!!!
the decoration was all in black, walls, furniture, floor, ceiling. there was no life inside this space. i found no comfortable seats in the lobby.

Good location with some minor drawbacks

I found the hotel's location very convenient. It was easy to access many shops and restaurants (especially those on the main avenue). The room I stayed in had blackout curtains. They were very helpful for getting a good night's sleep.
The bathroom had black tiles. This made it difficult to see if the shower was properly cleaned. I also found that there was no comfortable seating in the lobby.

the breakfast selection was amazing!!! i could order custom dishes. they even accommodated my friend's gluten intolerance with gluten-free croissants.
the bathroom design had an awkward open layout and no bathtub.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable room
I adored the location right on Liberdade! The staff was very cute and helpful. The room was spacious and super clean. I was so comfy. I appreciated the little extras offered.
The fitness room is slightly basic.

Breakfast was fantastic. It offered a wide array of fresh choices. I loved ordering custom dishes from the kitchen each morning. The service was attentive, and the staff was friendly!

I enjoyed the chic lobby and the ambiance of the bar! The hotel provides access to a gym. The metro is very close, just steps from the hotel, so convenient.

The room featured blackout curtains and windows that open. The bathroom included a modern shower and lots of hot water, so good! Housekeeping left delicious chocolates each night.
