super clean room friendly staff convenient location loud air conditioning poor ventilation broken minibar
the room was super clean and the staff were very friendly i stayed in a double or twin room balcony it had everything i needed the included breakfast had a wide selection of both hot and cold items. the metro station was conveniently located next to the hotel this made getting around very easy lots of restaurants were also nearby. the roof top pool was a nice bonus i used it to cool off after a long day.
the air conditioning was centrally managed i was unable to adjust the temperature myself it was quite loud. the minibar was not working when i arrived i asked for it to be fixed it was not fixed .

metro lines food options
i found the location convenient. the proximity to the metro lines made getting around very easy!!! the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food options.

nicest selection gluten free broken plugs bathroom plugs
The breakfast had a NICEST selection I have ever had. Staff was helpful, and there were gluten free breakfast options.
The a/c kept turning on and off randomly. Half the plugs in the room did not work. There were NO plugs near the bed or in the bathroom.

noisy air conditioning small bathroom
i was pretty frustrated. the air conditioning made a lot of noise all night, and i couldn't change the temperature myself. i had to ask reception, but nothing improved! the bathroom was also small and inconvenient. the rooftop pool was nice, but it was too crowded. it seemed like people not staying at the hotel were using it.
