Quiet Comfort and Helpful Staff
clean room friendly staff quiet location
i got a clean room that was upgraded because a larger room was available the staff members were friendly and helpful the pool offered nice views across town from the upper floors i appreciated the quiet location and proximity to the beach a short ten minute walk away
the walk back uphill might not suit everyone

the hotel is conveniently located less than 500 meters from the metro station making access to the city center quite easy it is approximately a 15-minute metro ride to the city center providing quick transport options to reach various attractions.

missing kettle unhealthy food
The lack of a kettle in the room really bothered me. i mean, who doesn't want tea? the restaurant menu wasn't exactly thrilling either. It could use some healthier stuff. it was like everything was fried or covered in cheese. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

good price friendly staff great location
the price was good. the reception desk staff were friendly and spoke english really well. the location is great. there are a few supermarkets and eateries nearby.
the room was very small. there was no room for suitcases, i found this quite inconvenient. the bathroom door handle had a weird mark.

the standard double room had a comfortable bed. body wash and shampoo were provided. the room was clean. towels were replaced daily without asking.

the staff were very polite and helpful. i appreciated the 24/7 welcome arrival and departure desk. the reception staff addressed all my questions. there is early breakfast for early flights.

the breakfast buffet had a good spread with lovely portuguese egg tarts. i also used the self made freshly squeezed orange juice machine!!!

the hotel is well accessible, close to the metro. sete rios bus station and metro (jardim zoological) are within a short walk. the city center is only a few metro stops away.

The room i had faced a very busy road. Traffic noise was constant. also, i found the air conditioning unit to be quite ineffective. it struggled to cool the room adequately, though it was not set to a very low temperature.

clean room helpful staff
my room was the standard twin room. it had all needed amenities and it was very clean. i found the staff very polite and helpful. its location offers parking just in front of the hotel.
the room acoustics were bad and it made it uncomfortable at night time because other guests were loud.
