The hotel has a great location near the Rossio railway station. The metro access was convenient. I found the modern design very appealing. Breakfast offered many options and the staff were attentive.

I found that small water bottles were not complimentary in standard rooms. An espresso machine would have been a useful addition to the room. The sauna was located on a different floor from the pool, inconvenient.

I found the location superb. There were many shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport access was easy. I used both the metro and taxis. Underground parking proved very convenient. I would return.

The gym was somewhat basic. It could use an upgrade. I expected newer equipment. The space felt a bit limited.

this hotel offered a spacious family room, it included numerous amenities. the room was cleaned daily, it maintained a very high standard. the hotel's decor was beautiful and modern. the staff always seemed very friendly, they were always available to help.

i found the breakfast buffet to be a little repetitive. i would like more variety of hot dishes. a greater selection of fresh fruits would enhance the experience.
