The location was great near the train station. A supermarket next door made it easy to get supplies. Our room was spacious. Breakfast had sufficient options to start the day.

The room was clean and had all I needed. It was in a perfect spot very close to the train station and various eateries. I found the staff very friendly and they helped me with everything I needed. I really liked the helpful staff and convenient supermarket next door.

This hotel sits just one street behind Plaza Rossio, so many restaurants and shops are close by. ATM and money exchange services are also nearby for convenience, I thought that was great.

I found the location very convenient. it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to visit. The room included A safe deposit box. It was useful. i used the free wifi every day. It worked without problems. The reception staff provided assistance with directions.

It only fits two people without luggage. this sometimes caused a short wait.

The location was superb. It was very close to rossio square! i found a supermarket conveniently located underneath the building. the room had a good size and met my needs perfectly. the shower was also very good, which i really appreciated!

the tea was not replenished daily, a small inconvenience.

the location was acceptable as it was close to the train station.

The bathroom was not clean. I noticed long hairs on the floor that were not mine. the window handle was broken, so opening the window was not possible. the room was also quite small for a superior room, which i booked.
