adequate stay with some issues
small roomfood odor
the room size was smaller than i expected. storage space for two people was insufficient. there was also a noticeable food odor in the room . the smell really bothered me

check-in was easy. the hotel held my bags after checkout. breakfast was worth it. it offered a lovely spread and many choices.
the room was quite small. it was a bit difficult to move around. the hotel charged €10 per item to store luggage after checkout. this fee made me rethink my plans for the final day.

i found the breakfast varied and fresh. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful personnel.. they were very cute. the hotel was nice and modern. the arrangement and maintenance were well done.
the nearest metro station was about a 10-minute walk away.

The room was ready early, a nice surprise after my flight. I found the front desk staff particularly friendly and helpful . The bed was comfy. I slept very well. the shower was strong. The bathroom was gorgeous.

the staff was genuinely helpful with directions and local tips. i appreciated the espresso machine in the room with a generous supply of pods. the location allowed for a thirty-minute walk to many attractions and taxi alternatives were readily available. the provided mattress was firm and supported a comfortable sleep.

rossio square is accessible by bus, metro, or a 15-20 minute walk. the neighborhood felt quite safe and relatively quiet. the hotel's proximity to public transport simplifies exploring different parts of the area.
