Historic Charm and Attentive Service

quality optionslive musicattractive hotelfluffy bathrobe
Breakfast offered good value and quality options. The staff assisted with questions and made a reservation for live fado music. The hotel is unique and attractive. I enjoyed complimentary minibar drinks, fluffy bathrobes, and a large bed.
The bathroom was rather small, a surprise given the size of the room.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and well-appointed with two sinks. A rainfall shower was available. The room overlooked the river and cruiseships on a marble balcony with high ceilings. Linens were very clean.
Service
9/10
Staff members were attentive and always ready to assist with requests. The team seemed happy to help. Assistance with transport was easily arranged. I received warm and cute service.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel is located near transport options. There is a bar with bright lighting. The location makes it easy to get to many places. A very long hallway is present.
Dining
10/10
The chef prepared omelets. The restaurant also serves asparagus cream and scallops. The food was AMAZING!!! A variety of choices were available. The pastel de nata tasted better than those from bakeries.

The location was really convenient! it was easy to reach places from the train station. the staff were very helpful. They offered me a space to pray, and i'm grateful for that kindness.
the breakfast service was quite poor. i struggled to find someone to get utensils on the first day, and nobody showed us to a table. the hot breakfast choices lacked options and the coffee tasted bitter.

Riverside Romance, A Nice Stay

The hotel connected directly to the train station. This made arrivals and departures wonderfully convenient. The architecture showed authentic details that captured the city's spirit. The room had a beautiful sea view that. I also liked the retro design. It was like a step back in time.

Balanced Experience with Minor Drawbacks

beautiful decorationlocal restaurantmissing turn-downlimited products
The hotel is inside a historic train station. It is beautifully decorated. The location is near Feira de Ladre flea market. Great local restaurants are right outside the train station.
I stayed three nights and only had turn-down service one night. My coffee pods and tea bags were not replaced. there were limited vanity products for the hotel price.
