The breakfast had a varied selection. it was fantastic to have free daily bottles of water. treats were left in my room after a long day. It was a nice touch.

The hotel felt small. it is on a busy street and i heard lots of noise. there were no shelves for storage in the room. That was a bit annoying.

the staff were very helpful. andre at the front desk created an entire itinerary for us. he took his time and made great suggestions. he even helped us rent a car.

the hotel was on a very busy street. there was lots of noise with ambulances going by. many young men hang out in the area, this.

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

award-winning design super clean room plentiful breakfast excellent guidance

The hotel's design impressed me , reflecting its award-winning status. I received an upgrade to a very clean room. Breakfast was plentiful. I especially enjoyed the pastries. I found the staff helpful. They provided excellent guidance for my sightseeing.

I experienced a minor issue , a slight delay during check-in because of the arrival of many guests. This occurred only briefly. It didn't diminish my overall positive impression of the hotel.
