Okay Stay , Some Issues

The breakfast selection impressed me , it had many options. I also found the hotel's modern design quite appealing , the decor felt cohesive throughout the entire building.
The room felt smaller than I anticipated , and the toilet door did not close properly. We encountered an issue with the airport transfer I organized , it caused a 45 minute wait upon arrival.

The bar downstairs was closed. Not cool at all. the rooftop bar was too chilly to actually use. getting coffee at breakfast seemed like pulling teeth it was so slow. I had to ask multiple times.

ineffective air conditioningpoor room cleaning
the air conditioning was not effective, so my room was ALWAYS above +26c. in SIX nights my room was never cleaned because staff couldn't manage my schedule. staff seemed very relaxed, and they did not care much about the customers. the reception, food service and every other place lacked attention.

The breakfast had little variety, disappointing. The carpets on the floors needed a GOOD cleaning. They were stained. Parking was difficult (it IS a small space), and the staff wanted me to leave my car keys in case they needed to move it. I found THAT ridiculous.

the room was very spacious. i appreciated the excellent soundproofing that blocked outside noise. the breakfast selection was very tasty! fresh juices were available and also pastel del natas.
the gym was a bit small.
