missing replenishment
i was disappointed the room was not cleaned until late afternoon it was often 3 pm before housekeeping arrived this was inconvenient i found myself waiting to relax i also noticed the coffee and towels were not replenished daily despite leaving the used towels on the floor this felt overlooked and frustrating.

The staff upgraded my room. It was a nice surprise. My room faced the courtyard. I could watch the light show every night. Breakfast was varied. It was worth the price.
the GYM needs improvement, the treadmill was out of service.
