The location was central. Access to attractions was very easy. the staff was friendly. my room included robes and slippers. That was a plus.

Acceptable stay with some issues
cramped room damp towels
The room was NOT what I expected. I booked a Baixa Room. It felt quite cramped. the bathroom had a strange odor and lacked proper ventilation. The towels, while seemingly clean, felt damp and were a bit rough.
