The room was very clean. The bed was large , and I found it comfortable. Breakfast offered a large selection of fresh food. The front desk staff were helpful.

The air conditioning did not work well. It struggled to cool the room. The refrigerator did not get very cold. A bottle of water was not provided daily.

the minibar was more of a suggestion box for beverages it barely cooled anything. also, the in-room phone didn't work so contacting reception for, say, an actual cold drink involved a trek downstairs. i also found the lack of a proper desk chair somewhat inconvenient as i tried to work. the tiny stool wasn't really cutting it for prolonged use. this uncomfortable stool, non-functional phone

mixed feelings about the stay

I was a little disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the air conditioning in the room was not effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately. also, the minibar didn't get very cold, so keeping drinks chilled was difficult. This was inconvenient. overall, the place has potential, but these issues impacted my experience.

the breakfast had a wonderful selection of foods. the staff was very helpful and friendly. they have offered us some excellent restaurant recommendations. they was also pastel de nata available at the front desk.

the hotel is on a street open only to trams. i had to walk around to get a taxi, a problem. the refrigerator in the room do not get really cold. i like cold juice and beer.
