Excellent Location and Wonderful Staff
welcome beverage restaurant discount quiet room
The hotel provided complimentary welcome beverages. I also received a discount on a meal at the restaurant. I was impressed by how quiet my room was at night, especially considering the central location (this helped me rest well).
The room faced a main tram line, in constant use, this led to a little disturbance.

really super stay!
great location friendly staff quiet room
The location worked out wonderfully, it places you right where you want to be. staff are so friendly and efficient, always willing to help with smile. my room was really quiet at night, i couldnt believe it especially given the central spot. the breakfast selection had so many options. It really started my days on a cheerful note.
the shower door didnt close properly, water ended up everywhere in the bathroom. it would be nice, it this got fixed, it was pretty annoying.

the staff offered almond milk during breakfast and promptly addressed requests, they demonstrated genuine care and attention to all guests needs, very nice indeed.

indifferent staff constant tram noise
The location was acceptable, being near a taxi rank was convenient.
The staff seemed indifferent, which I found annoying. I tried ordering a drink one night and waited ages, then gave up. No one even acknowledged me. I requested a quiet room, yet it faced a main tram line. The noise was constant.

Wonderful Stay Centrally Located
easy access great options
The hotel location allowed easy access to many attractions by walking. I found plenty of restaurants and felt safe in the immediate area. Breakfast offered great options for everyone. The staff was kind and quick to help us get settled after a long flight.

The hotel offered vouchers for drinks plus a discount at the restaurant. The lobby provided whole apples, convenient for a quick bite late at night after returning from events. Breakfast included many choices prepared right in front of you.

The location was AMAZING!!! I received a welcome bottle of wine. The staff left a bottle of bubbly and a beautiful pudding on my bed when I returned that evening. The staff was really helpful!!!
The doors to the outside did not lock. The lights, TV and air-conditioning did not work because of faulty electronics. The room was very dark!!!

The location is central. It is near rossio station.
The room i received was small. the staff did not inform me about the omelet option at breakfast until my last day. i felt requests were treated as a favor. It always felt that every time i ask for something they are doing as a "favor
