The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a coffee machine with coffee and tea. They provided complimentary water. They also gave me a welcome pastel de nata. I appreciated the central location near many main streets.

the receptionist let me check-in early when i dropped off my suitcase. it was much appreciated. i enjoyed free coffee in the lobby. Water bottles were available in the room, a great touch after sightseeing all day.

the bathroom was small, and i feel that it was not very clean.

the staff provided useful recommendations and printed my boarding passes. i appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and teas in my room. i found an iron and a mini ironing board that were very useful. the shower had plenty of hot water early in the morning.

i noticed very slight noise from the corridor at times .

i found the room to be clean (which is always a relief). my room included a nespresso coffee maker. the staff was very friendly and cute to all guests.

the bathroom was very small and there was very little counter space.
