I loved the breakfast. it had many options and fresh food was available. the location was amazing. Tram 28 and tram 15e for belem are so close.

The shower jet was strong. the handheld one didn't stay in place. The waterfall shower threw water everywhere. i also noticed the front desk staff seemed preoccupied with their phones.

The complimentary walking tour with Pedro was excellent (I learned so much!). The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a delicious selection and made my mornings great.

The air conditioning was slightly difficult to adjust in the room.
