The location was central! It made exploring so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. The room featured a nice balcony that added to the charm.

the hotel was very clean throughout my stay i found this reassuring. the staff were attentive they promptly addressed any queries. the breakfast offered a good selection with fresh options available daily. i liked the convenient location near public transport.

the room lacked sufficient drawer space making it slightly difficult to organize my belongings effectively.

The building has a historical charm. The windows kept the room calm despite the central location. The staff was lovely and helpful. I appreciated their communication.

I noticed the absence of drawers in the rooms limiting storage options slightly for longer stays.

lovely pastries clean bedroom sweet chocolates poor manager customer service missing toiletries

The staff was always so nice to me. They gave me a complimentary cool drink when I first arrived. I also found pastéis pastries in my room. It was lovely. The bedroom was kept really clean. Water and chocolates was every day, a sweet dream.

The front desk manager had poor customer service skills. I felt a mistake was made about breakfast being included. I had to pay for a breakfast I didn't want so much. The hotel couldn't find my toiletries bagwith medications inside, what a pity.

Breakfast was really good. I benefited from the staff's advice as I planned my outings. All my questions were answered with a smile.

The room had little hanging space, which wasn't long enough for dresses or trousers. The room overlooked the bins. It wasn't particularly pleasant.

the building had a great location near the main square. friendly staff greeted me at the front desk.

My room was quite small. I expected more space. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. i also noticed some noise from the street late at night disrupting my sleep.

Fantastic Location and Great Terrace

I stayed in the Premium Cloister View room with a furnished terrace. The terrace was VERY large and overlooked the cloister. I really enjoyed several evenings there sipping wine and listening to the city sounds.
