the staff were friendly, and i appreciated that. i received chocolates, wine, and pastel de nata as a complementary gift. this was a really nice touch.
The breakfast was not good. There were fruit flies flying around the food. the food looked stale and did not appeal to me.

the location was PERFECT walking distance to main attractions. restaurants and shopping stores were also nearby. i received a welcome gift of wine pastel de nata and chocolates upon arrival. the staff was friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.
the area around the hotel felt unsafe due to the number of beggars. they approached people while eating breakfast which was unsettling. increased security in this area would improve the experience.
