crowded breakfast roombad coffee
the breakfast room always felt too crowded, and it was hard to find a table. also, the coffee from the brewing machine was not good! i prefer espresso, and i had to ask for it separately EVERY morning. i really wanted some consistency with my morning coffee.

Solid Hotel Experience

The breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and everything tasted fresh. The staff went out of their way to ensure taxi understood our destination, which I appreciated. The room I stayed in was very spacious, it included a well-appointed bathroom.
The coffee choices were slightly limited, and there was no tea-making facility available in the room.

The room was large. It included a balcony perfect for relaxation. Twin beds offered ample space for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel is located near to the airport, a convenience for travelers. It provides quick access upon arrival and departure. The hotel is close to the metro, which facilitates city exploration.

The room was big. It had a balcony to sit on it. It was easy to find the location. The metro was close.
The hotel looks tired. It's not nicely decorated it looks a bit drab. Staff was less than courteous.

distant location
One wasn't working one morning, causing unacceptable delays. I also found it a bit frustrating that the hotel is not close to the main part of the city it required metro and bus rides to get to the city center.

the location was close to the metro station, convenient.
I had difficulty sleeping because the noise from the nearby train was significant at night. also, the bed for the third person was small. the breakfast coffee machine was broken. It only made cappuccino, which i didn't want
