amazing stay with river view
helpful staffgreat locationac issue
the staff were genuinely helpful and quick, even when i needed something late at night. the location is seriously great with easy access to everything i needed (and a big supermarket nearby!).
the ac in my room wasn't working right, despite someone coming to look at it, it wasn't fully fixed. it got a little stuffy at night. i hope they sort it out for the next guest!

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym for workout sessions, with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for cardio. a selection of free weights for strength training. a convenient bar offers a selection of drinks and snacks.

my superior queen room had a comfy queen bed and a fantastic river view, it was non-smoking, which i really liked. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, (always a bonus!) for a bit of extra comfort.

the metro station accessibility was great , located conveniently right under the hotel, and it only took about 15 minutes to reach the city center. a supermarket being just a short 2-minute walk away was also useful. i thought the sunset views from the hotel were amazing and the gym offered enough for a basic workout.
the a/c was not as reliable as i would have liked , and the bathroom seemed somewhat dated. i also found it nearly impossible to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature in the shower , with it often fluctuating between too hot and too cold. the mattress was not ideal, as it was too soft.

the reception staff proved helpful, providing clear directions and promptly addressing my inquiries. the bar staff displayed a friendly attitude. i also noticed a good standard of room cleaning, carried out daily.

the hotel's proximity to the metro station was a significant advantage , offering quick access to various parts of the city. being close to the airport, around a 15-minute transfer, made arrivals and departures stress-free. i appreciated the quiet and safe atmosphere of the surrounding area.

weak water pressure
The water pressure in the shower was more of a gentle suggestion than a forceful spray. It was like showering under a leaky faucet. I think they were playing hide-and-seek. i spent more time waiting for them than actually enjoying the supposed convenience they offered.. i almost considered taking the stairs, but my sarcasm only goes so far.
