okay stay, some issues
helpful staff street view modern design bathroom smell draining issue cleaning problem
the staff was friendly and helpful . i got a nice room, it had a street view. the hotel has a modern design with good amenities.
my bathroom smelled like it wasn't cleaned properly, the draining needs fixing! the smell was horrible, this was a major issue for me. still a nice place, but the smell wasn't great.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I enjoyed the breakfast options they provided, and they opened slightly earlier than scheduled. This helped a lot since i had early trips planned. The pastries were various, and hot options included eggs, bacon, mushrooms, and beans. I also appreciated the ham, cheese, fresh fruits and yogurts. The coffee machine also worked well.
The door into the bathroom felt heavy. It constantly tried to close. It was difficult to keep open and the handle felt uncomfortable.

The room had fresh bedding. clean towels were provided daily. The space was also ample, and the two big corner windows overlooked the street. I could even see the sunrise over the hill from the bed.

The hotel offers quick access to the metro, with two lines only a few minutes walk away. Reaching the airport is easy using the metro or bus 208. Two affordable grocery shops are also nearby for added convenience.

The hotel is situated near two metro stations, Anjos and Interdante, both a short walk away. The walk downhill to the city center is manageable. The proximity to metro lines allows for easy travel throughout the area.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Upon my arrival, they allowed an early check in which i appreciated. The front desk staff provided greetings in limited japanese, a lovely touch. they provided amazing service.

A Decent Hotel Experience
fresh fruit helpful staff bathroom smell hotel issue
The breakfast had a great selection. I especially loved the fresh fruit and pastries! The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They gave some great suggestions on what to see and do!
The bathroom had a strange odor. I don't think it was cleaned properly. The smell was horrible! there's a lot I didn't like about the hotel.

various options convenient location
The breakfast was really nice. There were so many options to choose from. the location was also very convenient, with bus and metro stations just around the corner. It made getting around the city easy.
the door into the bathroom was quite heavy and seemed to close on its own all the time.

Lovely stay!
convenient location metro station corner windows sunrise views
The location proved convenient. A short walk downhill led directly to the city center. Two metro stations nearby were also a plus. Our superior room was a treat. Two large corner windows offered street views. From the bed, we enjoyed direct views of Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and beautiful sunrises over the hill.
The breakfast area felt somewhat cramped. It was hard to pass other guests sometimes.

The room was very clean. It also felt modern. The beds were cozy and the rooms had daily cleaning. This ensured a tidy space after each outing. I particularly enjoyed the quietness at night, even though the hotel is near a busy street.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They offered useful suggestions for sightseeing. Miguel at reception showed really good kindness. I appreciated this personal touch. The reception staff were attentive. This created a cute atmosphere throughout our stay.
