The breakfast buffet was really varied (especially the fresh pastries) and included hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon. There was a great selection of salamis, cheeses, and a wide array of fresh fruit. I found the staff helpful. They were always pleasant and ready to assist. The complimentary Portuguese tarts offered throughout the day were an added bonus.

The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from adjacent rooms was occasionally noticeable.

The room was impeccably clean. I found the bed very comfy, and the rainfall shower was GREAT! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location proved quite convenient, close to metro stations and key avenues.

The pillows were REALLY small, and I would have preferred something more substantial for a restful sleep. That was the only minor detail.
