the apartment was beautifully designed! the location was central for exploring local shops and restaurants. staff offered excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, it added a special touch to my stay. i felt pampered with the delivered breakfast each morning, a convenient treat.

the shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between warm and cool.

i enjoyed the heritage architecture. it was restored with contemporary elements. it did not detract from the authenticity. the location allows walking distance to places. i loved cais do sodre and chiado. it is near the bica finicular.

The shower was problematic. The wand didn't stay in place, spraying water everywhere. I had to turn the shower off halfway through because the basin clogged, causing it to overflow. I also didn't like that the emergency contact didn't answer the phone one morning. It was VERY inconvenient. The breakfast i was promised the night before also never arrived
