the receptionist was very friendly and helpful (it really made the check-in process smooth).
the underground parking had a low clearance. we couldn't fit our car there, so it was an inconvenience. also, the beds were too soft, and the breakfast was lacking taste.

The staff was helpful and I got assistance with extra towels I required.
My room showed age and there was a leak at the window, this was disappointing. I also found that my room safe was not functional and this was not satisfactory. I observed poor cleaning standards at breakfast with dirty floors.

i was given an early check-in, and i appreciated that. the breakfast had a good variety of options.. the staff at breakfast were particularly attentive. i found the metro to be very close, about 200m, offering quick access to the city.
i noticed the gym seemed a bit small for the size of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet provided a lot of tasty options, including fresh pastries and hot dishes. dinner buffet is also available, and it looked like a good choice after a long day of sightseeing. The bar lounge offers drinks.
