spacious fridge room heating poor lighting unhelpful staff
The room had heating. A TV with device connections was included. The fridge was quite spacious.
The rooms don't have good lighting. The staff is not prepared to give any recommendations around the city. Their answer to any request is always 'no'.

convenient location modern room great lounge poor lighting unprepared staff negative response
i found the location convenient with easy access to transport links. the room i stayed in was modern. the lounge area offered a great space to relax and refill water supplies (i found this very useful).
the lighting in the room was not great. the staff seemed unprepared to give recommendations around the city. their response to requests often seemed to be negative.

The room was spacious. the staff was friendly too. i also liked the central location of the hotel. It made exploring the city easy!!!
the elevators were very slow. the hotel does not have a garage in the building. the nearby one is very expensive.

spacious layout comfortable bed ionized water friendly staff
The room included a spacious layout and a comfortable bed (I slept very well!). The hotel provided complimentary ionized water and apples, a thoughtful touch. The location is convenient, located just a short walk from the metro station. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The street outside the hotel is uneven, so guests with mobility issues should be aware of this.

The staff provided assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. They also ensured prompt handling of requests for extra towels and toiletries. The reception area was clean and well-kept.

Wonderful Suite Experience
modern room clean room convenient metro rooftop lounge
The room was very modern and clean. I found a water machine on the top floor which i appreciated a lot. It was close to the metro for moving downtown. The lounge on the top floor was nice. modern room, clean room, convenient metro, rooftop lounge
The hotel didn't have good lighting in rooms.
