the location was superb, very close to major transport links and attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found the breakfast choice wide and the food was prepared to a high standard. the hotel building itself was beautiful and the interior design felt modern and stylish.

the room temperature was a bit too warm , and the thermostat did not seem to adjust it effectively.

i really enjoyed the central location near the ascensor bica. (it's so iconic!) the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the minibar had a nice touch with complimentary goodies. the transfer service from the airport was really good.

i found that the lack of storage was a slight inconvenience. the rooms were also quite small, with little space for luggage or personal items. this made it difficult to unpack properly and keep the room tidy.

the staff were helpful and friendly i really appreciated rachel's assistance with various requests she was marvelous. the hotel's location is excellent barrio alto is beautiful with easy access to everything. the aesthetic is gorgeous i found the hotel so clean and the bedrooms very zen.

our superior double room had supposed landmark and a city view however we had neither from our room. we could only see a slither of the river if we stood on tiptoe to look over the massive aircon unit. this was disappointing.

The location was quite convenient. It was very close to restaurants. The staff were also friendly and cute. The room was bright and the decor was beautiful (I especially loved the artwork).

The superior double room I booked was supposed to have a landmark and a city view. My room lacked both of those views. I could only see a tiny bit of the river if I stood on tiptoe and looked over the air conditioning unit.

The staff booked a pleasant tour for us. They arranged a car ride to both the airport and the train station and it was quite helpful. I strongly suggest this hotel because of the helpful staff and convenient location. The location is a great advantage.

I found the breakfast service somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast area is near the hotel entrance and this made it quite uncomfortable. It also made the service not straightforward.
