the hotel staff was very cute. the rooms were always super clean and very comfortable (i especially liked the modern decor). i found the location very convenient, close to many attractions. the service was also excellent, prompt and efficient.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, a slight distraction.

my room featured soft, pure white towels and two complimentary glass bottles of water daily. i also received chocolates each night during turndown service. the room offered an unobstructed river view from the twentieth floor.

i found the staff very professional. the facilities looked glamorous. i particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. the suite offered a great view from the 19th floor, it felt special.
the room decor felt strange. the red shaggy carpet was unusual, and the cloth curtain separating the bedroom and bathroom lacked privacy. i also noticed some hair left on the shower floor, it was not pleasant.

the hotel is near a convention center and shopping mall. waterfront walkways and restaurants are accessible. i felt i discovered a hidden gem.
the hanging chair in my room was torn and the bathtub leaked water into the bathroom. i expected better maintenance for a five-star hotel.
