PortoBay Liberdade provides several room choices. The Superior Room (23-27 m2) includes twin beds, a mini-bar, desk, seating area, and a flat-screen cable TV. The Classic Room (20-27 m2) offers a double bed. Deluxe Rooms (24-33 m2) feature a sofa that can serve as a sofa bed for a child, Rituals bath products, tea and coffee facilities, and a smart TV with 125 channels. Junior Suites (35 m2) have a lounge and a bathroom with a bathtub. All suites have a balcony, 2 TVs, a mini-bar with water and soft drinks, tea and coffee-making facilities, and 24-hour room service. Bvlgari bath products and a coffee machine are included in suites (56-58 m2).

Dining at Liberdade

Bistrô4 restaurant offers seasonal menus with French, Portuguese, and Brazilian influences. A children's menu is available. Decent Hotel, Some Shortcomings Observed

The rooftop bar service fell short. The staff there seemed underprepared for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I noticed a lack of attention to detail. Specifically, the bartender struggled with basic English and served a drink incorrectly. It disrupted any attempts at relaxation during the day.

Awesome Hotel Experience

I was happy to find the breakfast excellent with a lot of options including bubbly. The rooftop bar access just for hotel guests offered a nice touch. It was a good building with great spa facilities.
The gym did not have water in the cooler one day, and the next day, there were no cups.
