The location was convenient. It was easy to access many attractions. Breakfast featured a good buffet (I especially enjoyed the pastries). The staff provided a welcome drink. They also prepared a bottle of water and local sweet pastries in my room.

The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose. There were not enough hangers for robes and towels. The shower was a bit tiny. It was also weird to open the door inwards (especially if you are taller).

The location was great, near many shops and restaurants! The staff kept something I left behind safe, so I could retrieve it.

The key card kept failing. I had to return to reception repeatedly for fixes. Each time, getting a new card took about ten minutes because the system was outdated. THE coffee machine was useless because the hotel didn't supply capsules.

the hotel has a perfect location and updated rooms. beds were comfortable. i found the staff very nice, from ines to sophia, they treated us so well. all the bar staff were gentle.

the key card system did not work well! i had to keep going back to reception to fix it, even though the card was away from phones and other electronic devices.
