The location features a metro station very close. i also noticed many restaurants were nearby. it provided convenience for transportation and dining. i appreciated the superb cleanliness. It was a nice surprise to find a tidy room each day after returning from outings. daily room tidying was unexpected and wonderful

i found the walls between rooms to be quite thin. noise from other guests was noticeable, requiring earplugs to mitigate the sound

The provided hand towels was quite worn. Some even had visible holes. this detail felt below standard. the room had a noticeable odor. It resembled stale cigarette smoke despite the stated no-smoking policy. i reported it. No room change occurred.

Excellent Stay Near the Metro

The room was clean and modern, exceeding expectations from the outside. I found the location to be convenient, very close to the Arroios metro station (it is only a short walk!). The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the added security, and there were cameras in the hallways.

The street below can be a little busy, (I didn't find it too bothersome though).

There are many eateries located very close by. A convenient supermarket is also nearby for basic needs, and it is very useful to have access to these amenities.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the Arroios metro station, with Alameda metro being just about 8 minutes away. This makes accessing various parts of the city easy, and I found it very useful.

The apartment included natural light and blackout blinds to let you sleep well. Air conditioning worked effectively throughout, and it kept the place very cool. I was able to leave my luggage at reception after check-out.

The staff were lovely and provided helpful assistance whenever needed. Their friendliness added positively to the overall experience, and I am really glad I chose this hotel. They helped me with all my questions.
