Really good Stay in Shoreditch

The location is AMAZING. Daily housekeeping was next level, complete with refreshments and sweets. The room cleaning staff demonstrated true professionalism. I extend a big thank you to them.
The area around the reception desk felt a little cramped, just a teeny space.

Really good Amenities and Service

The bed was amazing pillows and the comforter contributed to perfection. Turn down service included a glass of water each night. The bathroom was spacious plus it offered a variety of skin and body care products. I found everything I needed for my trip within excellent packaging.
The heating in my room did not function as expected. I noticed a loud humming noise from the system.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Check-in and check-out were efficient plus the team was super friendly. Marvin was marvelous plus he was charismatic when assisting with everything I needed during arrival and departure.

I had a fantastic stay. the bed was very comfortable. Soho house definitely know what they are doing. the amenities were really good and the staff were willing to help with anything. the rooms are beautiful.
the heating in my room made a loud humming noise, and it did not work. i eventually had to turn it off. the system seemed faulty. it was quite disappointing for a premium hotel.
